3 Easy Ways to Use Frozen Chicken Fingers
I love cooking, but sometimes you need a quick fix, so toss those chicken fingers into the air fryer or oven and use them in these recipes…
Chicken Finger Salad
4 cooked chicken fingers, cut up
2 cups lettuce of choice
Handful of cherry tomatoes, chopped in half
1/4 cup shredded marble cheese
1/4 cup croutons
Ranch dressing to your desire
Toss it all in a LARGE bowl and eat up!
Teriyaki Chicken & Rice
4 cooked chicken fingers
1/2 cup cooked rice (use coconut milk instead of water for a nice change up)
1/2 cup broccoli, fried
2 Tbsp tamari or soy sauce
1 Tbsp sesame oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp grated ginger (or 1/2 tsp powdered ginger)
1 -2 tsp coconut sugar (or brown sugar)
1 pinch red pepper flakes
1 tsp corn starch
In a small pot over medium heat, combine tamari, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, sugar, red pepper flakes and corn starch. Heat until thickened a bit.
Add your cooked & chopped chicken fingers to coat them well
Add rice to a bowl and top with your coated chicken and cooked broccoli
Option to sprinkle with sesame seeds
Chicken Caesar Wraps
3 cooked chicken fingers, chopped
1 piece of cooked bacon, chopped (optional)
1/2 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
5 cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup croutons
2 Tbsp Caesar dressing
1 large tortilla wrap
Combine all salad ingredients in a bowl until coated in dressing. Add to your wrap, roll it up and enjoy!
