Parmesan Roasted Acorn Squash
What You’ll Need
1 Acorn Squash
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
S&P to taste
How to Make it
-Preheat your oven to 400 degrees
-clean you squash and slice it in half, removing all seeds from center
-Slice into half moons, about an inch thick
-Place on a lined baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil, parmesan, garlic powder, S&P
-toss well, making sure you coat the half moons
-Roast in the oven for 30 minutes, flipping half way through
-Enjoy right out of the oven!
